Nominations for the 2008 Missouri Leadership Seminar will be open beginning September 15th, 2007. Schools should expect to receive their official call letter in September. If you have misplaced your call letter, please send an email request to missourileadership@yahoo.com. Please remember to include your contact information as well as your school name.

Please note that the use of the term “nominations” does not mean that your school’s selected students must go through an application process with our offices. All nominated students are automatically accepted upon website registration with our offices.

In addition, please note our nomination deadline of March 15th, 2008 and nominate your student today, as space is limited and students are accepted on a first come first served basis. We will make every attempt to make room and accommodate each school and accept nominations after March 15th, 2007 should you need additional time to select your school’s representative. Please contact our offices via email at missourileadership@yahoo.com to request a nomination extension for your school

To register your school’s selected student, please note that you will need the following information PRIOR to logging in and beginning the nomination process:

SCHOOL INFORAMTION:
School Contact Person, complete with all school personnel contact information. Please review this information carefully, as this information is what we will use to send out nomination call letters for the 2008 Missouri Leadership Seminar.

STUDENT INFORMATION:
Complete Name and Address Home Phone Number E-mail Address (If Available from Student) T-Shirt Size Date of Birth

PARENT/GUARDIAN INFORMATION:
Mother and/or Father’s Name Complete Address Home Phone Number Work Phone Number E-Mail Address (If Available)

Once you have completed the above process for your school’s PRIMARY nomination, please return to the start page for your school and enter your school’s ALTERNATE information. In the instance that your school’s primary student can not attend, our staff WILL need to contact the alternate student directly.

Upon completion of your school’s primary and alternate nominations, you will receive an automated message from our nomination server.

Our staff will email the registration packet materials along with important information for your student and parent/guardian to both email addresses (school and student) provided following the close of nominations each week on Friday afternoons. In example, if you enter your nomination Monday through Thursday, you will receive your email on Friday afternoon. If you enter your nomination on Friday, it is possible that you will not receive your packet via email until the following Friday.
